Have lived in our house now for 4 years and the service provided during warranty and even after warranty by Christine is amazing . Even now that we don't have warranty she is always willing to help out by putting u in contact with the companies that did the work in the first place and do whatever she can to help you out . In today's world it's hard to find good customer service but Christine does as much as she can to help you when she can .

I have rented from a few companies in the Saskatoon area and I have to say, North Prairie Rentals is hands down the best one I've ever dealt with. The staff are extremely friendly and the properties are meticulously maintained. And if something breaks (it rarely does), they'll be out to repair it the next day. We rented for 2 years and loved every minute of it. I can't recommend them enough!

North Prairie Rentals is a very professional company. I recently started renting a new (and beautiful) place from them and the move-in process was seamless. They sent me all the required forms, a list of instructions, and access to their app right after I signed my lease. The app is also a super helpful tool to keep track of repair requests and other important announcements.The rental itself is modern, well-maintained, and has everything I need. I am super happy with this company and how organized they are. I definitely recommend them!

It is a great locally owned and operated real estate company. I have been renting with North Prairie for past 4 years and it is seamless. They offer very prompt services and great at maintaining landscaping/condo services. They are a bit expensive as compared to other renting agencies and off late, rent increases have been annual affair. They also offer the unique equity program that allows you to accumulate some portion of your rent into equity that can be used to purchase a house from North Prairie.

Had been watching real estate postings for nearly a year preparing to purchase our home when we came across one for the Aria from North Prairie. We instantly loved the layout online and had our realtor get us in to see in it person. The finished model we saw was beautiful but had a bit of a smaller yard than we had hoped for. Thankfully she was able to find the same floor plan that had just been framed in the same neighborhood with the perfect yard so we snagged it up right away. North Prairie was great in helping us do a few customizations that we wanted and everything turned out amazing. We had been through a few of the other builders in the neighborhood as well but personally found the finishes with North Prairie to be a little higher quality than some. We love it, can’t say enough great things about our new home and the customer service we’ve received from them.

Lovely service all around. We bought our new home in May, and the layout, size, interior colouring, and really everything is just superb. We had very friendly and professional people work with us through this time, they are all lovely people, and are extremely responsive to everything that pops up.Definitely one of the best housing companies. North Prairie built our new house we bought just a few months ago, and we’re very accommodating with including us in the customized decisions, getting things done a week before said possession date and getting any requests looked after within reasonable time-frame. They made one mistake of a window location not to plan, but upon request moved it promptly to the correct location and completed it all within possession date. This all done with quality workmanship to last, and good customer service. I’d recommend this builder to people for sure, they made the whole process a very smooth transition and we’re happy with our product 🙂

Would definitely recommend North Prairie as a home builder. They were great to deal with when purchasing our new home. We were able to customize a few items in our new home to really make it feel our own. Their customer service has been incredible when following up post home sale. We love receiving the email reminders for seasonal home care and feel very comfortable reaching out with any questions or concerns we may have. They were able to fix the few small items at our 60 day inspection same day and we are confident we will receive the same quality service at our 1 year inspection!

Our experience with North Prairie Developments has been amazing. Not only has their team been professional and responsive, but they have exceeded our expectations. When my husband and I decided to purchase our home we assumed we would get the keys on possession day and that would be that.\nNot with North Prairie Developments.\nThe entire team (Bryan, Karen, and Robin to name a few) have been present throughout this whole journey. We received a complete walkthrough of our home on possession day—complete with instructions and demonstrations of how to use our furnace, how our sump pump works, and what to keep an eye out for on our home\'s exterior—and another as we approached the 60 day mark. They have endless patience for our multitude of questions (I\'m sure they\'ve answered them 1000 times before) and we couldn\'t be happier with our home, their service, or the community they\'re building.\n\nThank you North Prairie Developments for taking such great care of us! I purchased a North Prairie show home and couldn\'t be happier. I searched and searched for the \"perfect\" home and felt defeated. I walked into the North Prairie show home and had to have it. It was so beautiful inside and had everything I could need and want in a new home. I love the detail and the design that went into the house. Someone carefully and thoughtfully designed it, so it made sense and so it works for a family.\nI did not want to purchase a new home in fear of poor quality, poor customer service and a home warranty that doesn\'t ever seem to be in the buyers favor. North Prairie proved me completely wrong. I have never seen such better customer service. From the walk through a week before move in, to the walk through the day of move in, to still checking in 2 months later, customer service has been top notch! They pride themselves on customer service and are rocking it. They are easy to get ahold of if you have a concern or a simple question.\nThe kitchen tap leaked and a plumber was there the next day to have it fixed. I had another question about the plumbing and the plumber answered all my questions and took time to make sure I had no further concerns.\nI have been in the house almost 2 months and the quality of the home appears to be great. This was a such a pleasant experience, I highly recommend North Prairie. They will have my business and my positive review going forward.

I just finished a 15 month rental term on a North Prairie rental unit. Their rental suits are top quality and I experienced no problems at all. They would check in on smoke detectors and furnace filters, and make sure everything is working 100%. Their staff was great to deal with from their office team to their field team. I was truly satisfied throughout the full process. They were very thankful I took care of their property and my damage deposit was paid back with no questions asked. They also have a great program for incentives for any renters looking to purchase a home in the future. I’d 100% recommended North Prairie for any rental needs.

We rented a unit for 14 months at NP's Shangri-La residential complex on 4th & Queen St.. From showing us multiple units in different buildings, to getting all the paperwork sorted out quickly and seamlessly, Laura was awesome every step of the way! Once we were introduced to our building manager Tamara and our maintenance manager Mike the experience continued to be 5 star. No major issues with the unit itself, and any minor issue such as our ice machine not working on our fridge, were handled quickly and communication was top notch! Would recommend renting or buying from NP, great company, great people, great experience!

I bought a new Stonebridge condo from this company and they've been good to me so far. Some issues required more attention than I'd have guessed but ultimately, they have kept me fully satisfied.Their building fit and finish stood above similar units I've seen and their layout planning is excellent. Building construction is basic code requirements, some decisions such as 24" stud spacing and 3/8" roof sheathing leave a bit to be desired. I missed some items on final walk though and when contacted about a month later they made the repair with no fuss.North Prairie's customer support system is very easy to access and they have a physical office in Stonebridge which makes dropping keys off painless.I would recommend North Prairie to family and friends.

My wife and I recently purchased our fist home from North Prairie. The experience we've had in dealing with North Prairie has been extremely positive. After perusing local real estate listings, I quickly noticed that the value North Prairie offers for their homes is hard to match in the new home market. The company has been great to deal with. Angela the sales manager was very accommodating to our preferences and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The construction manager who did the walkthroughs with us took his time explaining everything to us and helping us look for defects in the workmanship that needed to be fixed prior to possession (and there weren't many at all, by and large there were only paint flaws to fix). The post-possession follow up from North Prairie has also been fantastic. Danielle has responded to our questions and minor concerns very quickly and they've been resolved within days. In short: I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Their care and attention to detail, both in the building process and in looking after their customers, are top notch. If the day should come that I am looking for another home, I will be checking with North Prairie first.

We love our North Prairie home. The thing that has impressed us the most is the level of service we have received after buying our house. During the possession they walked us through our home, explaining all the different systems and maintenance items that we needed to look after. They also had us inspect all of the fit and finish to ensure that everything was good and when it wasn't they scheduled someone to correct it. Since moving in they have been good to deal with correcting minor issues that have come up. They have stood behind craftsmanship even after we took possession.

We relocated from another City and from the first contact with North Prairie Developments , my husband & I felt welcomed. The staff were friendly and courteous and so helpful with making our transition to our new home a success. The service staff and maintenance are on top of everything with fast snow removal and repairs if needed. We love the spacious layout and high end finishing in our unit. I had a great experience working with North prairie development making crepes for them at their grand opening show home. All of the people were friendly and very professional they made us feel welcome as well as I saw all the people who visited the show home felt relaxed while looking at the show home. The show home in the new development on Dickson cres is absolutely beautiful I had the privilege to use the kitchen which is a dream with the wide open space and beautiful lighting in the living room, I really could imagine myself living there as well.

we bought a new home from NPD in December 2017, and our experience has been nothing but positive. There are still things to be completed once summer comes, but so far any concerns we have had have been promptly responded to and addressed. I would buy from them again.

Me and the girlfriend had a really easy transaction with NPD. They were very friendly and have been helping us with any issues that have come up with our new home as well as making it very easy to get in touch and make appointments towards or schedule. Great company to have dealt with when purchasing a new home and would definitely recommend looking at their properties in the future to anyone looking.

North Prairie was great to deal with! Any questions I had (and still continue to have), they are extremely easy to reach and helpful. They were very accommodating for possession date, had the unit in almost perfect condition upon my possession. There was a missing door stop and flaw in a small area of the dry-wall, but it was fixed in a matter of days. I would highly recommend working with this team!

We bought our first home with North Prairie and couldn't be happier! North Prairie goes above and beyond to make sure all your expectations are met, even after the possession date. All the staff are very helpful. The type of customer service NP provided was outstanding, and customer service like this is very hard to find now a days. NP made our first home buying experience a great one. I highly recommend North Prairie as your builder!

North Prairie built our first "home" and we couldn't be more happier. They were responsive and helpful throughout the building process, and continuously (and happily) accommodated any changes we wished to make along the way. After we moved into our home, they have continued to ensure our move and everything within the home has been working smoothly. Danielle, especially, has been extremely helpful and accommodating with any of our questions we have about living in a new house.

Additionally, they don't just forget about you once you take possession- we have received tons of follow up and info as we settle into our beautiful new home from the NP team!
